Usage Policy
This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If there is any
discrepancy between this translation and the Korean original,
the Korean version prevails.
This policy supplements the Terms of Service and sets specific standards of conduct
so that every user can use Tatispa safely and comfortably.
1. Accounts and security
- Sign in and use the Service only with your own Google account. Using another person's account is prohibited.
- Share room passwords and invite links or codes only with people you trust, and keep them secure.
- If you suspect account misuse or unauthorized access, sign out immediately and contact the operator.
2. Content standards
Users must observe the following for all content they register in the Service, such as event titles and descriptions.
- Do not write content that defames others or amounts to insults, discrimination, or harassment.
- Do not post obscene, violent, or illegal content, or spam or advertising.
- Do not post other people's personal information without their consent.
- Do not infringe on the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
3. Use of time records
- Time tracking is a feature for voluntary motivation and sharing activity within a group.
- Do not use these records to monitor or pressure others, or to evaluate them unfairly.
- Records are for reference only and may differ from reality depending on network and device conditions.
4. Rights and responsibilities of room owners
- Room owners can remove members, delegate the owner role, and delete the room.
- Room owners must exercise these rights only for legitimate purposes, such as responding to policy violations.
- Deleting a room permanently deletes all of its events, members, and time records, so use it with care.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Service (excessive requests, automated bots, exploiting vulnerabilities, etc.)
- Infringing on other users' rights or personal information
- Using the Service for illegal or unethical purposes
- Attempting to bypass the Service's security or access data without authorization
6. Actions on violations
If this policy is violated, actions may be taken such as removal from a room by the room owner, or restriction of use or deletion of data by the operator. Serious violations (such as illegal acts) may be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
