1. Information we collect
The Service collects and processes the following information.

The Service does not collect unique identification information such as resident registration numbers, nor payment information, and does not collect any separate marketing information.
2. How we collect information
- When you sign in with your Google account, we receive your account information through Google OAuth.
- Information is automatically created and collected as you use the Service — creating or joining rooms, creating events, recording time, and so on.
3. How we use information
- Identification and authentication — Google account-based sign-in and verifying your identity
- Providing core features — Shared calendars, room and member management, time tracking, and leaderboards
- Notifications — Event reminders and member tag notifications
- Operating and improving the Service — Responding to errors and maintaining features
4. Retention period
- Account and usage information is retained for as long as you use the Service.
- When you leave a room, your member information for that room is deleted.
- When a room owner deletes a room, that room's events, members, and time records are deleted.
- If you want your account itself deleted, you may request it through the contact below. Upon request, we will destroy the personal information we hold without delay.
5. Outsourcing of processing
To operate the Service reliably, we outsource personal information processing (use of cloud infrastructure) as follows.

Processing of personal information by the processor (Google) is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Provision to third parties
As a rule, the Service does not provide your personal information to outside parties, except where required by law or upon a lawful request from an investigative authority.
Note that, by the nature of the Service, members of the same room can see each other's name, profile photo, online status, time records, and events they create. This is to provide group collaboration features.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
- You can view your personal information at any time (My Page in the app).
- You can edit or delete event and room data directly in the app.
- If you want to close your account and delete all personal information, you may request it through the contact below. On request we destroy your account information, room memberships, time records, and anonymous statistics without delay; in shared records that remain in a room, such as events, your identity is detached from the content.
8. Destruction of information
When the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is fulfilled, we destroy the information without delay. Information stored as electronic files is deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.
9. Security measures
- Access control — Firestore security rules restrict access so that only you, or members of the same room, can access the relevant data.
- Password protection — Room passwords are never stored in plain text; they are stored as SHA-256 hashes.
- Encryption in transit — All communication is encrypted over HTTPS.
10. Cookies and local storage
The Service does not use advertising or tracking cookies. However, to keep you signed in and to make features work,
it stores some information in your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local, IndexedDB, etc.).
This information stays on your device and you can delete it from your browser.
The extension's auto check-in and distraction guard features (optional, off by default) store the site lists you register and site visit time statistics only on your device. Only your online/resting status and participation time are recorded on the server. The addresses of sites you visit are never sent to the server or shared with room members.
Anonymous usage statistics record only the minimum usage events needed to improve the Service (for example, whether a check-in occurred) together with a random anonymous identifier, and can be turned off in My Page at any time.
