Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the service provider and users, as well as the conditions and procedures of use, in connection with the shared calendar and time tracking features provided by Tatispa (the “Service”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

• User — A person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• Account — The identification information a user authenticates with a Google account in order to use the Service.
• Room — A group space that a user creates or joins, which is the unit in which the shared calendar and time tracking take place.
• Room owner — The person who created a room, or who was delegated that role, and who holds management rights such as removing members, deleting the room, and delegating the role.

Article 3 (Effect and amendment of the Terms)

• These Terms apply to all users of the Service.
• The service provider may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws, and will announce any amendments on this page.
• If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service and close their account.

Article 4 (Provision and changes of the Service)

• The Service provides the following features: Google sign-in, creating and joining rooms, shared calendar, time tracking, leaderboards, notifications, and My Page.
• The service provider may change or discontinue all or part of the features it provides as needed for operational or technical reasons.
• The Service is provided free of charge.

Article 5 (Use of the Service)

• Users sign in with a Google account to use the Service.
• Users may create a room or join a room with an invite link or invite code.
• If a room has a password, the correct password must be entered to join.
• Time is recorded when a user checks in and checks out, either manually or through the optional auto check-in feature the user has turned on.

Article 6 (User obligations)

• Users must comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and the Usage Policy.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account, room passwords, and invite codes secure.
• Users are responsible for the content they create and register, such as events.

Article 7 (Prohibited conduct)

Users must not engage in the following conduct.

• Using another person's account or accessing a room without authorization
• Infringing on the rights of others (personal information, intellectual property, etc.) or posting inappropriate content such as insults or harassment
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service or accessing the system by abnormal means
• Using the Service for purposes that violate the law

Article 8 (Restriction of use)

If a user violates these Terms or the Usage Policy, the room owner may remove that user from the room, and the service provider may restrict use of the Service or delete related data.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

• The Service is provided “as is,” and the service provider does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
• The service provider is not liable for damages caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or failures of third-party infrastructure (e.g., Google/Firebase).
• The service provider is not liable for data loss caused by the user's negligence (such as exposing a password) or by the user's device or browser environment.
• Time records and similar information are for reference only, and their accuracy is not guaranteed as a basis for legal effect.

Article 10 (Retention and deletion of data)

Matters regarding the retention and deletion of user data are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Governing law and dispute resolution)

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises in connection with use of the Service, the service provider and the user will endeavor to resolve it amicably in good faith.
